Pregnancy changes everything - even the way we breathe. As your baby grows and your body shifts, you might find yourself short of breath, especially in the third trimester. But breath isn’t just about oxygen - it’s your body's built-in calming system.
In my practice, I often guide mothers to pause and reconnect with their breath - especially during moments of stress, scans, or sleepless nights. A few slow, intentional breaths can calm the nervous system and bring a quiet connection to your baby.
Try placing a hand on your belly, inhaling gently through your nose, and exhaling slowly through your mouth. Feel the wave of calm as your body softens and your baby rests with you.
Breathing well in pregnancy is not about doing more - it’s about doing less, more mindfully. Let your breath be your daily reset.
